The issue impacting OTP delivery for some Philippine members has been resolved. WhatsApp has been re-enabled as part of the fix.
If any members continue to experience issues: -For WhatsApp delivery: Ensure WhatsApp is installed and the number is verified, then request a new OTP in the AF App. -For SMS delivery: Install WhatsApp, delete the WhatsApp account linked to the number, then request a new OTP in the AF App.

We are still seeing a higher than usual volume of issues with Philippines users not receiving their OTP via SMS. We are currently working with our OTP service provider Twilio to investigate this issue.

A fix has been implemented by our Engineering team. Based on preliminary monitoring, it appears that OTPs are now being delivered successfully to Philippines users.
