Investigating - We are currently aware of and investigating an issue with Membr where reception screen access events are delayed in populating. In some rare cases, this also can result in members not being auto-marked as having attended bookings in Membr, causing them to receive an email informing them they didn't attend. These members may be blocked from creating new bookings because Membr believes they are abusing the booking system. An update will be provided when we can identify the issue.

Self Esteem Brands (SEB) will overhaul its report synchronization process the week of April 15.
Due to this work, SEB won't refresh report data from Monday, April 15, through Friday, April 19. This will affect reports within platforms like the Anytime Fitness App, the AF Dashboard, the Coaching Dashboard, and Club Hub. Affected reports will include: Leads Smart Coaching Ecosystem Fab 5 Metrics Client Lists and Coach Scorecard
While SEB cannot update data during this timeframe, it will continue collecting data. Once the synchronization finishes, SEB will update all affected reports to include this data.
