Investigating - We are currently investigating issues where email replies from members/club staff are not being captured in International Support (IS) tickets.

Investigating - We are currently investigating sporadic access issues affecting a limited number of clubs. Members attempting to access affected locations may experience intermittent difficulties when attempting to check in.
Our teams are actively working to identify the cause and restore consistent functionality as quickly as possible to the affected locations. This issue is not impacting all clubs.
No action is required from clubs at this time. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

Investigating - This issue has re-emerged. Members who have personal email addresses through Microsoft (hotmail.com or outlook.com) may not receive the verification code email when attempting to link their AF Mobile App to their membership. We are working with our service providers to deploy a solution. Further updates will be shared as available.
